Nurse Registry and Companion Policies & Procedures governing 24 hour availability to a Nurse, HHA or CNA acting within the scope of their Practice Act, by active patients who are receiving care from our Registry, Helios Home Health.
Nurse, HHA and CNA would call 911 in any emergency, would notify a family member, THEN notify our Registry.
Log in writing any and all emergencies and date and times and give it to Helios Home Health for our records.
